10. Delivery Agents & Liability Disclaimer

SafeDeal verifies delivery agents for authenticity and trustworthiness but does not employ or directly control them. Each delivery agent operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for the safety and delivery of goods in their possession.

SafeDeal’s role is limited to facilitating introductions between users and verified delivery agents. We do not take custody of any goods and are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. Any disputes between sellers, buyers, and delivery agents should be resolved directly between those parties.

However, SafeDeal may cooperate with relevant authorities and affected parties to assist in investigations, provide traceability data, and ensure accountability through verified agent records.
